We should think of a way to get somekind of rotation on it like the consoles or maybe just a second one below the first. Please we should really make this!

I was responding to those who seem to think this was a bug, an oversight, or a game-killer. a) Clearly, its intentional (and is also not a console port result.) Does using a controller allow you to use all your skills of course too few slots will make it too casual but 8 is just right imo, as it does not include any potions or tonics among these 8 slots. bottom line - choose your points wisely to define your character build, that in turn allows you to fill your bar with just the skills needed to play your creation.
